the coaching.
I know that starting again can ask a lot of you. My coaching brings together practical experience, honest conversation and support for your next step.
Book a discovery callFrom Dundee to building an online coaching business.
My background spans health, fitness, education and business. I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, worked as a lecturer, owned a gym and built an online coaching business after starting again.
Today I bring that experience to business coaching, health and lifestyle coaching, breathwork, corporate wellbeing and speaking.
